| 摘 要： | 在对学科竞赛的分析的基础上,提出校、市、省、国家四层次和基本技能、综合能力、创新能力三维度学科竞赛体制,制定以学科竞赛促进大学生能力培养的激励机制。形成了学生参与的积极性高、人数多的良好学习实践氛围。进而实现提升全体学生实践创新能力目标。
