论生死学与生死哲学

“生死学”是由著名的美籍华裔学者傅伟勋教授于1993年所创立。傅教授将中国心性体认本位的“生命学”和西方对死亡现象做客观研究的“死亡学”统合为“生死学”。为了使每个活着的人、尤其是离死亡尚远者都能从对生死的研究中获得教益，提升现代人之生活与生命的品质，还需要大力开展生死哲学的研究。本文将从生死学、生死哲学产生的学术及社会背景入手，分析生死学与生死哲学的学科特征、主要研究的议题，并阐述其重大的理论价值与现实意义。

On Science of Life and Death and Philosophy of Life and Death

“Science of life and death” was originated by Professor Fuweixun in 1993. Fuweixun com- binated “science of life and death”which is fundamental in Chinese mental and natural theory and “thanatology” whose object of objective reseach is the phenomena of death into“science of life and death”. The research of “philosophy of life and death” should be launched energetically in order to make everyone especially far from death gain enlightenment and elevate the quality of life and living of modem people. This papper will analyze subject feature, subject of research and elaborate the important theoretical value and realistic meaning, beginning with the academic and social background of “scince of life and death” and philosophy of life and death.
