全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生实践教学模式研究

摘    要:全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生是一种新型硕士培养模式,培养目标是高层次的中小学教师,其明确的专业性和定向性要求培养过程高度重视实践教学,培养教学实践能力。课程设置需要注重实践取向,课程教学需要注重理论联系实际,实践教学需要综合运用多种教师专业发展培训形式,注重临床教学和模拟教学,健全教育实践基地学校和专业实训基地,充分发挥双导师制功能,并通过行动研究提高教育硕士教学改革研究能力。

Abstract:The full-time master-degree graduate student in education is a new-type training mode.Its training objective is primary and secondary school teachers at a high level.Its definite professional and directional attributes require attaching great importance to practice teaching in the training process,cultivating their teaching abilities.The curriculum needs to pay attention to the orientation of practice.Teaching needs to pay attention to the integration of theory and practice.Practice teaching needs a comprehensive use of various forms of teachers’ training,paying attention to clinical teaching and mock teaching.It is necessary to develop the education practice base school and professional training base,and put the double tutorial system into effect so as to improve students’ teaching and research abilities.
