安徽省篮球后备人才“学训”的现状分析与研究

后备人才的培养是竞技体育发展的关键所在,而影响后备人才发展的关键是后备人才的学习和训练问题。文章采用了文献资料法、专家访问法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法等多种研究方法,对安徽省篮球后备人才的学习与训练方面进行了深入细致的调查与分析,从而为解决篮球后备人才的"学训"问题提供建议,并为安徽省体育主管部门制定政策和科学决策提供现实与理论依据,为我国篮球后备人才的健康发展提供参考。

STUDY AND ANALYSIS CURRENT CONDITION OF BASKETBALL RESERVE TALENTS' STUDYING AND TRAINING IN ANHUI PROVNICE

The development of the reserve talented person is a key place of sports athletics development,but the key factor of affecting the development of reserve talented person is a question of studying and training.This literary used various research method,including the cultural heritage data method,the expert interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematics statistics method,logic to reason method and so on.It carries on the inquisition of the thorough delicacy and analyzes on self-contradict of studying and training of athletes.The aim provides proposal on solving the question of studying and training of basketball reserve talents,and drawing up policy and sciences decision to provide the actuality and theories for the athletics supervisor section of Anhui province,and providing the reference for the healthy development of reserve talented person of our country basketball.
