20世纪五六十年代中国宪法运行制约机制与“文革”的爆发

“文革”的发动与当时中国的宪法运行机制存在着密切的联系。“法外制度”与“法内制度”的相悖,消解了阻止“文革”发动的外部屏障。可见宪法功能的弱化失去了阻止“文革”爆发的最后屏障。

The Chinese Constitution Alism in the Fifties and Sixties of the Twentieth Century and the Break-out of "the Cultural Revolution"

The contradiction between "the systems out of the laws" and "the systems within the laws" failed on the external circumstances to prevent the launching of "the Cultural Revolution".
