| 摘 要： | 通过对近几年关于教师胜任力的论文的梳理与总结,并没有专门论述中小学数学教师胜任力的论文,本文通过分析和研究得出中小学数学教师胜任力的内容结构除了中小学教师共有的胜任力特征之外还有五个维度,即:知识、技能、能力、动机、价值观。
