浅析艺术院校大学生的思想政治工作相关思路

随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,艺术院校的教育模式也由以前的高精尖向素质教育模式普及开来。正因为这样,学生的生源,起点等方面都参次不齐,这也给高校的思想政治工作带来了挑战。所以,关于艺术类大学生的思想政治工作相关思路和做法应该作为亟待讨论的话题。我认为,应该了解和尊重艺术院校大学生的人格特点,寻找合适的载体,做好思想政治工作。

On the related ideas of ideological and political work of students in art colleges

With the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the educational mode of art college from the previous high popularity to quality education mode.Because of this,the source and the starting point of students is different,it also gives the challenges of ideological and political work of universities.Therefore,the ideas and practices of art students’ ideological and political work should be discussed urgently.I think,we should understand and respect the personality characteristics of art college students,looking for a suitable carrier,do a good job of ideological and political work.
