摘    要:对采自安徽黄山的松墨天牛Monochamusalternatus成虫虫体的病原真菌进行分离与鉴定,共获得8个球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana菌株,对其菌落形态、茵株生长速度、产孢量和萌发率进行了研究。最终成功筛选出了球孢白僵茵Bb660菌株,该茵株具有生长速度快、萌发率高和产孢能力强等生物学特性,在松墨天牛的生物防治中将有潜在的应用价值。

Isolation and Identification of Entomopathogenic Fungi Naturally Infecting Monochamus alternatus and Their Biological Characteristics

Abstract:In this study, pathogenic fungi were isolated from Monochamus alternatus samples of infected by Huangshan in Anhui province. The study examined the difference morphology, growth rate, sporulation and germination rate among 8 B. bassiana strains in isolates. The strain Bb660 showed the fastest colony growth, highest germination rate and sporulation, and it showed great potential for sustainable control of Monochamus alternatus in forest.
