| 摘 要： | 图书馆文化是指图书馆及其工作人员在长期的工作实践中所积累和创新的,能被人们普遍认可的,包括行为准则、道德观念和价值观的总和。高校图书馆文化具有服务导向性、规范约束性、激励教育性等社会教育功能。因此,高校图书馆文化的建设对高校图书馆,甚至整个高校的发展都具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Library culture refers to theculture accumulated and innovated by the library and its staff in the long-term practice,which can be widely accepted by people.It includes the total of behavior criterion,morality and values.University library culture has different social functions,such as,service orientation,normative constraints,encouragement of education.Therefore,the construction of university library culture has an important role in the development of libraries and even of colleges and universities. |
