幼儿教师人际信任与知识分享意愿的关系——兼论知识分享动机的调节作用

摘    要:本研究选取215名一线幼儿教师作为调查对象,使用逐步多元回归分析探讨了幼儿教师人际信任与知识分享意愿的关系,以及知识分享动机如何在两者之间起调节作用.结果发现,幼儿教师的情感信任对知识分享意愿具有显著的正向作用;幼儿教师的利他主义、互利主义和声誉追求动机均对知识分享意愿具有显著的正向作用.为促进幼儿园学习共同体的形成,应改变幼儿教师知识分享的观念,引导其掌握知识分享的方法;重视幼儿教师之间情感信任的建立,增强知识分享的安全感;关注幼儿教师思想动态,制定有效的知识分享激励机制;对幼儿教师实行差异化管理,加强幼儿园知识分享氛围的创设.

Abstract:By selecting 215 preschool teachers as the research object,this paper explores the relationship between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing willingness for preschool teachers and how they are regulated by knowledge sharing motivation by the use of the step-by-step multiple regression method.The results show that the teachers' literacy directly relates to young children education's quality,and improving the teachers' knowledge sharing behavior is the important way to promote their professional developm...
