| 摘 要： | 电子商务主要体现为网上交易和网上支付。网上交易必然伴随网上支付,网上支付是基于Internet,以银行电子支付和结算为手段的全新商务模式,是电子商务的重要组成部分。电子商务利用因特网的基础设施和标准,将计算机技术和网络技术应用于传统的金融交易和商务交易,完成包括查询、采购、支付以及产品广告、销售在内的全部过程,实现企业和个人、企业和企业、企业和政府等之间的跨域交流。

| Abstract: | E-commerce mainly contains online trading and payment.Online trading is inevitably followed by online payment,which is a new internet-based business model.Ecommerce makes use of internet's infrastructure and standards,applies computer technology and network technology in traditional financial and business transactions and realizes the whole process including inquiry,purchase,payment,advertising,and selling.It makes the cross-domain communication between B2C,B2B,and B2G come true. |
