校企文化对接趋势下的高职校园文化发展研究

在校企合作、工学结合的背景下,高职院校校园文化应坚持立足于社会主义核心价值体系,在师生中开展社会主义核心价值体系教育,使其形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,确立校园文化的主线;构建完整严密的制度体系,以制度文化规范和引导校园文化的积淀和发展;加强高职院校学生职业素养养成教育,形成高职院校校园文化的核心精神,进而与企业文化对接,推动校企文化对接向更深层次发展。

Research on the Development of Campus Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Trend of College-enterprise Cultural Docking

Set in the background of cooperation between school and enterprise,combination of work and learning,campus culture in higher vocational colleges should stick to socialist core value system.The education of this system should be carried out among teachers and students,forming correct outlook in world,life and values as the theme of campus culture.Integrated and complete system is structured to specify cultural norms and guide campus cultural heritage and development.In addition,higher vocational colleges should strength the students’ occupation accomplishment education,form the core spirit of campus culture so as to link with enterprise culture,and promote the docking to the further development.
