摘    要:针对车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响及车辆排队。根据交通波、排队论等理论,构建了道路通行能力评价和交通波滞动等模型,综合运用MATLAB软件和Excel软件进行分析及求解,总结出事故对实际通行能力影响的变化过程,不同车道对实际通行能力影响的差异,得到车辆排队长度与事故横断面实际通行能力、事故持续时间、路段上游车流量间的关系,计算出车辆排队长度到达上游路口的时间。

Abstract:The paper focuses on the lane occupation effects of traffic capacity and vehicle queue. Based on the traffic wave and queue theory, traffic capacity evaluation model and traffic viscosity kinematic model are built. Applying MATLAB and Excellto analysis and solving, accident effects on change of traffic capacity and the variation impacts of different lanes to traffic capacity are summed up. Also, the relationship among vehicle queue length, traffic capacity, traffic accident time and traffic flow is obtained. Based on traffic wave viscosity kinematic model, time of vehicle queue length reaching upstream can be calculated.
