人力资本对经济增长贡献效益分析——以蚌埠市与芜湖市为例

近年来,蚌埠市经济增长速度明显落后于芜湖,而导致两市经济差距扩大的因素有很多,人力资本是其中一个重要因素。在此背景下,通过构建回归模型,运用Eviews软件对蚌埠市和芜湖市2000-2009年的人力资本与经济增长之间的关系进行实证研究。研究表明人力资本对于经济增长具有较大的促进作用,且人力资本外部性作用在经济发展较快的芜湖市开始显现,因而蚌埠市应加大教育投入,提高人力资本存量和人力资本水平,促进经济快速发展。

An Analysis of Contribution Effects of Human Capital on Economic Growth： -Taking Bengbu and Wuhu City as Examples

In recent years, the speed of economic growth of Bengbu city has lagged behind that of Wuhu city. There are many factors which lead to the economic gap between the two cities, and human capital is one of the important factors. Against this background, this paper coustructs a regression model and uses Eviews software to conduct an empirical analysis on the relationship between human capital and economic growth of the two cities with the data from 2000 to 2009. The results indicates that human capital has promoting effect on economic growth and the exterior effect of human capital begins to appear in Wuhu city whose economic develops fast. So, Bengbu should increase investment in education, improving the human capital and human capital level to promote its economic growth.
