| 摘 要： | 全球变暖已经成为了世界各国共同面临的威胁和挑战,低碳经济是减少温室气体排放、应对气候变化的最佳经济发展模式。文章在阐述低碳经济概念的基础上,对惠州发展低碳经济自身具有的优势、劣势,外在面临的机会和威胁进行分析,并运用SWOT矩阵组合分析对惠州如何发展低碳经济提出了具体的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Global warming has been threats and challenges facing to all the countries in the world.Low-carbon economy is the best model of economic development in order to reduce greenhouse gas emission and deal with the climate change.This paper first describes the concept of the low-carbon economy and analyzes its own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats for development of low-carbon economy in Huizhou.In the end,we use a SWOT matrix to put forward Huizhou’s strategic choice in developing low-carbon economy. |
