古镇作为广东省专业镇之一,以其灯饰产业而享誉全国。然而随着后金融危机时代的到来,中小微企业的恶性竞争和简单加工制造贴牌生产模式的弊端不断显露,建立灯饰工业设计服务平台来服务镇区中小微企业的灯饰设计发展成了首要任务。通过对灯饰产业发展面临的瓶颈进行分析,以期建立合理的平台服务方向、服务内容、可行的管理体制和模式。
