| 摘 要： | 教师是学校生存与发展的第一要素。强校必先强师,重视师资队伍建设是高职院校的第一要务。本文主要分析了当前高职院校师资队伍现状,对师资队伍建设中"双师"素质培养、分层管理、专业带头人培养等提出了一些具体思考。

| Abstract: | The contingent of teachers is the most important factor for the development of schools.With the boosting of schools,more qualified teachers are needed,so it is the first thing for higher vocational schools to attach more importance to the construction of teachers.This paper has analyzed the qualification of the teaching staff in most schools,and is proposing some approaches about how to train double-quality teachers,how to carry out decentralized management and how to bring up academic leaders in teaching. |
