| 摘 要： | 新疆高校民语言班级学生因在排球运动基础方面存在较大差异,统一的教学目标、教学方法、练习方法、评定标准不能满足学生需求。分层教学是根据学生个体差异,合理运用因材施教原则的一种教学模式,运用分层教学能很好解决这一矛盾。

| Abstract: | Because of the basic aspects of volleyball are quite different in Xinjiang university national language class,unified teaching objectives,teaching methods,training methods,assessment criteria can not meet student s’ needs.Teaching in different levels is a teaching mode based on individual differences of students,use of the principles of individualized rationally,the use of teaching in different levels can be a good solution to this contradiction. |
