基于DEA模型的义务教育经费支出效率评价

本文运用DEA的方法对我国各省义务教育经费的支出效率进行评价，研究发现：各省间教育经费的使用效率差距很大，且中、西部地区的支出效率高于东部地区；我国长期人口政策所致的学龄人口规模变化引起了各省教育经费支出效率变化趋势的不同．本文建议在继续加大对中西部地区教育投入的同时，应科学、合理地做好人口预测及教育投资规划，提高教育经费的利用效率．

The Appraisal on Efficiency of Compulsory Education Expedition Based on DEA

With the DEA methods,it explores the efficiency of compulsory education expenditure and finds that the providences' efficiency of compulsory education expenditure has a great gap,and the efficiency of West and Middle distraction are better than the East's.The change tendency of educational expenditure efficiency results from the change of school-age population scale caused by long-term population policy of our country.We should continue to enlarge the expenditure to middle and west area and implement educational reform,and carry out the population forecast and the educational investment plan scientifically and reasonably.
