当前国际互联网Internet在我国发展极为迅速,现代人越来越认识到:计算机网络正在改变着人们的生活、学习和工作方式。越来越多的人加入了网络用户的行列。面对计算机网络诱人的发展和应用前景,基于广阔的网络应用领域和网络技术的不断提高,模拟为我院创建一个商务网站是很有意义的,通过网络图书馆可以在网上宣传我院图书馆,以便于更多的人通过网络来了解和认识我院图书馆。
