供应链组织间的信息流研究

信息共享在供应链中可以快速响应顾客需求,有效降低"不确定性",增强市场预测的可靠性和体现最大化信息价值等。供应链管理中的信息流控制有3种模式:分散控制、集中控制及综合协调控制。信息传递模式则有4种:传统的链式信息传递模式、链式跨级信息传递模式、网络型信息传递模式和集成式信息传递模式。供应链节点企业要做到有效共享和运用信息流,须要:转变观念,提高信息流重要性认识;增强互信,提高信息共享水平;选择恰当的信息传递模式;设立信息主管(CIO)。

Information Flow among Supply Chain Organizations

Information sharing can quickly respond to customer demand in supply chain, effectively reduce uncertainty, enhance the reliability of market forecasting and reflect the importance of maximized value of information .Three information flow controls in supply chain management include decentralized control, centralized control and comprehensive coordination control; Modes of intelligence transmission include traditional chained information transfer ,chained skip-level information transfer ,network-based information transfer and integrated information transfer. In view of this, it is important to study how enterprises inside a supply chain effectively share and utilize information flow. It is recommended that ideas should be changed to recognize the importance of information flow, mutual trust should be enhanced to improve information sharing, the proper information transfer mode should be taken and chief information officer should be established.
