发挥自贸试验区优势促进残疾人职业教育高质量发展

自贸试验区作为全面深化改革开放的“试验田”,为各领域发展提供试验平台。残疾人职业教育事关社会的公平和共同富裕,我国残疾人事业发展取得了历史性成就,但目前残疾人职业教育与残疾人教育需求、市场和社会需求还存在一定差距。我国残疾人职业教育应充分利用自贸试验区的制度、开放、产业等优质环境,深化重点领域、关键环节的改革,完善政策法规、优化课程体系、深化国际交流、强化实训实习,全面提升残疾人职业教育的质量和效益,为残疾人更好地融入社会、实现共同富裕贡献力量。

Taking Advantage of Pilot Free Trade Zone to Promote High Quality Development of Vocational Education for the Disabled

As the“experimental field”of the comprehensive deepening reform and opening up,Pilot Free Trade Zone provides the test platforms for the development in all areas.Vocational education for the disabled concerns social equity and common prosperity.Historic achievements have been made in the development of the disabled in China,however,there is still a gap between the vocational education for the disabled in present situation and the needs of education,market and society for the disabled.With better operational system,more open environment,and comparative industries,China s vocational education for the disabled should make full use of the advantages of pilot free trade zone to deepen the reform in key areas and crucial aspects,improve the policies and regulations,optimize the curriculum systems,deepen the international exchanges,strengthen practical training and internships,improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education for the disabled,help the disabled to better integrate into society,and finally contribute to achieve the common prosperity.
