| 摘 要： | 在分析了种种管辖无序现象后指出,当事人程序控制权被剥夺或丧失是重要成因之一.为克服管辖无序,从增强当事人程序控制权的角度提出建议,以期对民事诉讼立法和司法实践有所裨益.

| Abstract: | After analyzing different disorders of jurisdiction,it is pointed out that the deprivation or bereavement of party's right of program control is one of the important causes.In order to overcome such disorders and strengthen party's right of program control,suggestions are put forward to help the practice of legislation and judicature of civil action. |
