北京市农村教育服务的财政建议——基于满意度和需求度的测度

教育能够促进经济增长和社会发展，而对于拥有中国大多数人口的农村地区，教育更是提高农村人口素质和推动农村经济的基础工程。目前我国农村居民对教育的需求大大增加，但农村教育的供给却没有跟上，出现了供不应求的局面。有鉴于此，本文以农村居民的实际需求为出发点，以农村教育服务供给为研究对象，通过对农村居民的满意度和需求度进行测度和分析，提出对北京市农村教育财政服务的相关政策建议。

Some Financial Suggestions for the Services of Education in Beijing Suburb: Based on the Measurements of Satisfaction and Demand

It is well accepted that education plays an important role in accelerating the development of economy and society,especially for the villages in China where the population is huge.However,a conflict came up recently,as the demand of education from the people in that area increased dramatically while the supply failed to catch up.This paper,therefore,aims at giving some political and financial suggestions for the services of education in Beijing suburb through the measurements and analyses on the satisfaction and needs of people who live there.
