新疆双语教师培训的跨越式发展

双语教育是发展新疆民族教育事业的一项战略措施。近年来,新疆双语教师队伍得到充实,一支素质和能力相对较高的双语教师群体逐渐涌现。但面对实施新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略的新形势,双语教育要适应新形势的发展要求,但双语师资培训仍然存在着一系列亟待解决的现实问题。推动新疆双语师资培训跨越式发展,应切实建立健全高素质双语教师队伍建设和可持续发展的长效机制;积极构建快捷、高效、科学、实用的双语师资人才培养、培训体系,不断提高师资质量;把双语教学研究与双语教师培训结合起来,积极创新双语教师培训模式;加强双语师资培训院校的投入,确保硬件建设不落伍,确保双语师资培训长远规划的实施。

Suggestions on Quick Improvement of Bilingual Teachers’ Training In Xinjiang

Bilingual education is a long-term strategic measure to develop Xinjiang nationalities’ educational task.In resent years,with the substantial effort and work,a group of high quality and capability bilingual teachers had been existed.Facing the new situation of Xinjiang’s development and prolonged political stability,meeting the needs of the bilingual educational trend,there are still some problems need to be solved.To assist the development,an even higher quality teachers’ group and a long-term system for it must be established.The system should be quick,efficient,scientific,and useful for the bilingual teachers’ training and teaching to improve their teaching quality and ability.Combining bilingual teaching’s research work and training,creating a new training system to promote and benefit each other accordingly.At the same time,more financial investments need to be put into the bilingual institutes to improve their hardwares to ensure the implement of this long-term strategy.
