充分利用网络资源加强高校宣传思想政治教育工作

充分利用网络资源去开展宣传思想政治工作已成为新时期高校加强宣传思想政：告工作的一个重要课题。高校要充分认识信息网络技术的发展和普及给加强和改进高校宣传思想政治教育工作带来的机遇和挑战；要积极探索用正确、健康、积极的思想、化和信息占领网络阵地的有效途径和方法；要开展网络道德教育。营造良好的校园网络化氛围；要大力加强网上宣传思想政治教育工作的队伍建设。利用网络加强高校宣传思想政治教育工作时既要加强监督．又要注重引导；既要加强“教育”．又要做好“服务”；既要重视“网上”．又要抓好“网下”。

The Application of Network Resources to Enhance Ideological and Educational Publicization in Colleges and Universities

There is an ever-increasing in te rest in using network resources to conduct political Publicization and ideologic al education. Colleges and universities should appreciate the challenges and opp ortunities that information technology and network system bring, explore apPubli cization ways to dominate the information space with politically correct and spi ritually healthy ideas, develop net morality education, create a good campus amb ience for net culture, and build up a working force for on-line propaganda. In c onducting on-line ideological education, emphasis should be laid on both supervi sion and guidance, both instruction and service, both on-line and off-line net.
