| Abstract: | To bring state owned enterprises out of deficit and difficult financial situation has been a grave issue faced by China in its course of economic reorganization,and it has attracted the attention of many scholars and enterprises both at home and abroad.Enterprise system reform and capital fund reshufflement should be taken as the breakthrough,and technical innovation as a gurantee.Efforts should be made to streng then and modernize management and countermeasures taken to bring state owned enterprises out of financial situation. |
