| 摘 要： | 目前全球国际直接投资的新格局表现在以下几个方面：发达国家仍然是国际直接投资的主体，在发达国家中，美国、欧盟、日本又是重中之重；北美、欧盟和亚太三大经济圈的内部投资加强；美国是最大的双向投资大国，日本具有多元化投资格局；发展中国家的直接投资有一定增长。这些反映了世界经济的新特点。

| Abstract: | At present, the new pattern of Foreign Direct Investment all over the world shows that: the developed countries are still the main part of the Direct Investment. America, Europe Alliance and Japan are the most important party. The three economical circles' internal investment have grown rapidly. America is the biggest mutual investment country. Japan has the legalization structure investment. The developing countries have obtained a little progress. |
