高校科研与学科建设关系探讨

高校科学研究与学科建设存在着互动关系。科学研究作为学科建设的基本载体，是学科建设的前提与动力，是学科建设中最活跃、最重要的因素，是学科建设的关键；而学科建设作为高校建设与发展的一面旗帜，是开展科学研究的基础与重要平台，高校学科建设决定了科学研究的方向与特色，影响着高校科研水平的提升与学校的整体发展。要使二者有机结合，协调发展，就必须强化高校科研工作的学科建设理念；要加强研究课题与学科建设的联系；要重视科研成果与教学内容的接轨；要不断提高教师的科研能力。

On the Relation between Discipline Construction and Researches in Universities

Researches in universities interact with discipline construction.Scientific researches,as a basic carrier of discipline construction,are the premise and motive of the latter,the most active and pivotal factor in constructing discipline,and even the key to the discipline construction;while the discipline construction,as a banner of the construction,and development of universities,is the foundation for carrying out scientific researches,determining the direction and characteristics of scientific researches and having impacts on the elevation of scientific research level and the comprehensive developments of universities.In order to integrally combine these two aspects and coordinate their developments,we have to enhance the thought of discipline construction of scientific researches in universities,strengthen the association between research topics and discipline construction,emphasize the application of research achievements in teaching contents,and continuously improve the research capacities of the faculty.
