| 摘 要： | 人类学家Hall提出的高、低语境的概念为语境研究提供一个全新的视角.中国的高语境文化产生基于谮两千年的悠久历史和集体主义价值现,而美国的低语境文化产生则是基于其民族大熔炉的事实和个人主义价值观及其单一事件时间行为模式.二者之间的差异研究为中美跨文化交际研究提供了宏观的视角和前提.

| Abstract: | The concepts of HC and LC proposed by E.T.Hall provide a brand-new perspective for the study of cross-cultural communication.Chinese HC derives from its long history and Collectivism while American LC is due to the fact that it is a melting-pot and their values of individualism as well as its M-time system.The study of differences between HC and LC offers a macroscopic view for the study of cross-cultural communication between China and America and paves the way for further study. |
