摘    要:通过对现代管理心理学中领导行为和领导风格研究成果的综述认为,西方管理心理学研究的结论在中国的推广存在严重的文化障碍,必须逐步本土化才能用来指导中国的党政管理和企业管理.20世纪的中国管理心理学关于领导行为和领导作风的研究,要么停留在西方管理心理学的介绍和跨文化验证方面,要么以西方文化为背景,批评中国企业家没有现代管理的心理素质,对中国古代儒家道家文化背景下形成的治国治家思想和以党的执政理论为框架的领导科学视而不见.西方的管理心理学和中国的领导科学就象两条铁轨,难以相交,主要的障碍在于话语的转换困难.心理学的本土化道路仍然很漫长.

Abstract:Through the review of the leading behavior and leading style in modem and contemporary managerial psychology, we consider that there exists serious cultural obstacles in the generalization of the conclusions about west managerial psychology. It should be indigenized for directing Chinese management of party, polity and enterprise. In 20th century, the researches on leading behavior and leading style rested on the introduction and cross - culture validation of west managerial psychology, or criticized that the Chinese enterprisers had not the modem managerial psychological diathesis which based on background of west culture, but did not see the leadership science, namely the thoughts of manage country and family which based on the background of Chinese ancient Confucianism and Taoism culture. It is like two rails for west managerial psychology and Chinese leading science, they will not intersect for ever. The primary obstacle is transform of discourses. There is a long way to the indigenization of psychology.
