高校作为教育、教化的机构，作为科学研究的中心，作为社会的服务机构，其所有功能都离不开人，对人的科学管理是关键。所以，我们必须了解“以人为本”的科学内涵，以及“以人为本”在大学管理中的现实意义，在此基础上分析高校管理中存在的问题，提出了解决问题的思路和办法。

We must understand the science meaning of ＂people -oriented＂ and the practical significance in the management of colleges, based on that, we analyze the problem in campus management and then come up with the solution.
