关于上海自贸区部分国际贸易立法的思考

上海自贸区＂特立独有＂的司法立法,将有利于我国在国际双、多边贸易中建立与达成合理的、符合我国国情的、有利于国际经济一体化发展的相关协定与法律法规。以上海自贸区的部分贸易立法为例,通过分析自贸区商贸服务领域扩大开放对游戏游艺产业的影响,探索自贸区的金融改革政策,提出自贸区发展的建议,研究自贸区的立法方向。

Thinking on the Partial International Trade Legislation in Shanghai Free Trade Area

The juridical legislation of ＂ Independent Legislation and Exclusive Ownership＂ for FTA will be favorable for us to reach agreements and establish regulations and rules in our international bilateral or multilateral trade,which are conform to our current national situation and facilitate the development of our international economic integration.Taking the partial trade legislation in Shanghai FTA as an example,through the analysis of the effect of FTA business service expanding opening up on the game and entertainment industry,this paper explores the financial reform policies of FTA,puts forward suggestions on the development of FTA,and researches the direction of the legislation of FTA.
