农村教育必须以农为本.农村教育的伦理诉求应主要的体现在它的功能和价值取向上,从根本上改变农村社会全面落后的现实,促进农村社会现代化,是农村教育最根本的伦理诉求.农村教育改造的关键是教育观念的改造,必须彻底消除以城市为中心的价值取向,强化农村教育的为农性;必须彻底改变以升学为目的的应试教育现状,以全面提高学生的整体素质为最终目标;必须加快职业教育和成人教育的发展;必须彻底改变教育与农村社会相隔离的现状.
