| 摘 要： | 结合城市建设的要求,对制约十堰市城市建设的几个方面进行了分析,对城市建设如何突出城市特色提出了工作思路,重点分析了规划设计对建筑节能的影响,提出了规划设计和审批应高度重视影响建筑节能的几个要素,针对工业建设项目提出了改进规划审批方式、提高审批效率的途径。 |
