摘    要:平衡活动法是教育界一直很关注的一个热点话题。了解平衡活动法的基本内容、合理性和活动方法,探讨其在课堂教学中应注意的问题,对克服传统教学法的弊端,吸收交际法的精华和人本主义教学法"the wholeperson"的思想,改进我国的外语教学,具有积极的意义。

Abstract:The Balanced Activities Approach has been a hot topic in education circle.Understanding the basic content of the Balanced Activities Approach,rationality,activities and exploring the problems that should be paid attention to in the classroom,which contributes to overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods,absorb the essence of Communicative Language Teaching and Humanistic Approach's thought about "the whole person" is extremely important.
