| 摘 要： | 效率与公平的问题是改革发展中实践意义很强的一个理论问题,我国目前正是经济高速发展时期,又是各种利益分化、各种矛盾凸显的时期,如何处理效率和公平的关系,是摆在我们面前的一个重大问题,邓小平关于社会主义本质的科学论断,正确揭示了效率与公平的关系,对于实现经济与社会的和谐发展具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Efficiency and impartiality is a significant theoretical issue in reform and development practice.China is experiencing a period of fast economic development,and also a stage of occurrence of both various interests dissimilated and different kinds of inconsistencies.How to balance the relation between efficiency and impartiality is a crucial issue facing us.The scientific thesis on the essence of socialism drawn by DENG Xiao-ping exactly reveals the relation between efficiency and impartiality,which is of great significance in guiding the harmonious economic and social development. |
