摘    要:人格理论在组织心理学中正日益得到广泛的应用,在组织选拔中负向人格特质往往成为被拒绝的理由。本文介绍了负向人格因素与组织文化匹配的研究的兴起、概念的发展、最新的进展以及发展趋势,并从个体与组织互动的观点出发,依据“匹配”的理念对负向人格因素与组织文化之间的适应性进行了探讨。

Abstract:Personality theory was becoming more and more important and popular,and some organization always refused those who were supposed negative personality person.The research adopted an idea of fit to study the relationship between negative personality,especiality aggression and organizational culture.This paper introduced the theory's development of negative personality and organizational culture,including conceptual development and measures and the future research directions.
