大学城商业街利用研究——以长沙岳麓区大学城为例

根据对长沙市岳麓区大学城实地考察和对大学生消费群体的问卷调查结果,分析了高校密集区学生消费者对大学城内商业街的利用特点和状况,找出了大学生独有的消费特点,得出了出行时间、距离成为制约其消费地点选择的主要因素的结论。指出,这一结论应成为大学城规划建设中注意的环节。

Utilization of Buisiness Street in University City——A case study of Yuelu District of Changsha

Since 1999,our university has expanded enrolment each year,and the school also enlarged its scale.Based on this background,the construction of university city was put on agenda.But the blind expand has attribute to many questions.The student's consume characteristic and what are they need was not been realized.The main body of a book has been inquired into by the on-the-spot inspection to University City YueLu District Changsha City and the questionnaire consuming a group's to the college student,has analyzed concentrated colleges and universities area student consumer making use of characteristic and status to city inner business street,conclusion having summed up the major factor that whose consumption place consuming a characteristic,getting out capable time from when becoming restraint be unlike than college student only having salary income crowd chooses obviously;and point out that this requires to pay attention to in university city planning construction.
