信息技术教师专业发展中的教师信念重建

摘    要:在教师专业发展的研究中,教师信念、教师知识和教师能力是三个主要的维度。其中,教师信念在教师专业结构中位于较高层次,它统摄着教师专业结构中的其他方面。所以,研究信息技术教师信念对促进信息技术教师专业发展具有重要意义。文章通过对教师专业发展与教师信念相关理论的论述,结合信息技术教师信念状况,提出重建信息技术教师信念的策略,即"应试教育的学校文化向素质教育的学校文化的变革"、"将促进信息技术教师信念生成与转变作为教师教育的重要目标"和"信息技术教师应积极在实践中进行教学反思"。

Abstract:Teachers' belief, knowledge and capability are three main dimensions in the research of their professional development, among which teachers' belief ranks high in teachers' professional structure and controls the others. Therefore, it is meaningful to study IT teachers' belief for the promotion of their professional development. Based on discussing the theories of teachers' professional development and their belief and considering the state of their belief, this thesis puts forward the strategy to reconstruct IT teachers' belief, that is, to transfer school culture from examination-oriented education to ability-oriented education; to target teacher education at forming and transforming IT teachers' belief; to get IT teachers positively engaged in self-reflection in practical teaching.
