摘    要:随着直播技术的兴起,越来越多的教师利用公众直播平台开展在线教学活动。教师作为教学活动的主体,直接影响着直播教学效果的好坏。文章以华中地区某高校的66名本科师范生为研究对象,以大学生职业规划课程中的“目标管理SMART原则”为教学实验内容,运用A/B组对照的研究方法进行随机分组,比较了他们在直播时采用出镜、不出镜两种模式对其教学行为和教学效果的影响。研究发现,在两种直播模式下,被试自评的教学效果没有显著差异;但它评结果显示出镜的教学模式效果更好。

Abstract:With the rise of live broadcasting technology,more and more teachers use public live broadcasting platforms to conduct online teaching activities.As the main body of teaching activities,teachers directly affect the quality of live broadcasting teaching.This paper took sixty-six undergraduate normal school students of a university in central China as research objects,used the“SMART Rules of Project Management”in Career Planning course as the teaching experiment course,randomly grouped students using the A/B group control research method.Further,this paper compared the effects of two modes of with teachers’images and without teachers’images in live broadcasting on teaching behaviors and teaching effects.It was found that there was no significant difference in the teaching effect of subjects’self-evaluation under the two live broadcast modes.However,the teaching effect of others-evaluations showed that the teaching effect could be better when the subjects adopted the teachers’images model for live broadcasting.
