| 摘 要： | 文章对《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》十九章第六十条中提出的"继续推进农村中小学远程教育"问题,结合2003-2008年国家实施的"农村中小学现代远程教育工程",从推进的前提是做好基础建设,信息技术使教育发生了变革和有推进才会有发展三个方面阐述了只有继续推进中小学现代远程教育,才能实现我国农村基础教育的信息化发展和教育现代化的实现。
