独立学院实验室资源共享机制探索

实验室是应用型人才综合实践能力要素培养的重要载体,是独立学院实现特色鲜明人才培养目标的关键。该文针对独立学院发展过程中存在的一个共性问题——实验室资源共享,结合南京师范大学泰州学院实验室资源共享机制的实践,从实验室管理体制、实验室建设机制和实验教学改革三个方面入手,提出了实验室资源共享途径和方法,对独立学院的实验室建设和管理具有一定的借鉴作用。

Exploration on sharing mechanism of laboratory resources in independent colleges

Laboratory is an important carrier for cultivating the comprehensive practical ability of applied talents and the key to realize the goal of cultivating talents with distinctive characteristics in independent colleges.In view of a common problem in the development of independent colleges-sharing of laboratory resources,and based on the practice of sharing mechanism of laboratory resources in Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University,this paper puts forward the paths and methods of sharing laboratory resources from the following three aspects:laboratory management system,laboratory construction mechanism and experimental teaching reform,which can be used for reference in the construction and management of laboratories in independent colleges.
