高校项目制实验技术队伍建设的探索与实践

该文结合华侨大学项目制实验技术人员队伍建设的实践,提出通过改革聘用制度、优化管理模式、完善薪酬体系、健全培训机制等方式,解决项目制下实验技术人员队伍流失率高、岗位职责模糊、人才结构失衡以及业务能力发展不足等难题,探索新时期实验技术人员队伍建设的新模式。

Exploration and practice of team construction of project-based experimental technicians in colleges and universities

Based on the practice of the team construction of project-based experimental technicians in Huaqiao University, this paper proposes to reform the employment system, optimize the management mode, improve the salary system and the training mechanism, so as to solve the problems such as high turnover rate of the experimental technician team under the project-based system, ambiguity of post responsibilities, imbalance of talent structure and lack of professional ability development, and to explore the new mode of team construction of experimental technicians in the new era.
