Entrepreneurship and Craftsmanship: Two Endogenous Driving Forces for High-quality Development of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

Strategic thinking of development, scientific management system, continuous technological innovation and excellence in quality are key to the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises. Taking a belleville spring manufacturing enterprise in Yangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the endogenous driving forces for high-quality development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises: entrepreneurship and craftsmanship. Entrepreneurship is the core driving force that guides enterprises to the high-quality development path characterized by innovation and craftsmanship is the guarantee of high-quality production of manufacturing enterprises. The two spirits complement each other and interact with each other.
