双创背景下高职院校“复合型”教师队伍建设

针对目前高职院校“复合型”教师队伍存在着培养机制不健全、双创意识薄弱、数量不足等问题,提出要从政府完善相关法律法规,增加复合型教师培训费用;高职院校构建发展规划与培训保障体系,拓宽教师招聘渠道,建立稳定的激励机制,建立校企共同体;教师自身加强“复合”意识,充分利用信息平台融入“双创”环境等方面,促进高职院校“复合型”教师队伍建设。

The Construction of "Intergrated" Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Mass Enterpreneurship and Innovation

At present,there are some problems in the"intergrated"teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect training mechanism,weak awareness of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,insufficient quantity and so on.We should focus on the following aspects:the relevant laws and regulations should be improved by the government to increase the cost of"intergrated"teachers'training;higher vocational colleges should build a development planning and training guarantee system,broaden the channels of teacher recruitment,establish a stable incentive mechanism,and establish a school-enterprise community;teachers themselves should strengthen the construction of"intergrated"consciousness and make full use of the information platform to integrate into the mass entrepreneurship and innovation environment.
