双创背景下高职院校“复合型”教师队伍建设

摘    要:针对目前高职院校“复合型”教师队伍存在着培养机制不健全、双创意识薄弱、数量不足等问题,提出要从政府完善相关法律法规,增加复合型教师培训费用;高职院校构建发展规划与培训保障体系,拓宽教师招聘渠道,建立稳定的激励机制,建立校企共同体;教师自身加强“复合”意识,充分利用信息平台融入“双创”环境等方面,促进高职院校“复合型”教师队伍建设。

Abstract:At present,there are some problems in the"intergrated"teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect training mechanism,weak awareness of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,insufficient quantity and so on.We should focus on the following aspects:the relevant laws and regulations should be improved by the government to increase the cost of"intergrated"teachers'training;higher vocational colleges should build a development planning and training guarantee system,broaden the channels of teacher recruitment,establish a stable incentive mechanism,and establish a school-enterprise community;teachers themselves should strengthen the construction of"intergrated"consciousness and make full use of the information platform to integrate into the mass entrepreneurship and innovation environment.
