高职教育财经类专业集中实践教学改革初探

集中实践教学是高职院校培养合格的高等技术应用型专门人才的一大“软肋”．存在体系不完善、教学环节未落实、选题空洞、弄虚作假现象严重等问题。其产生的原因包括观念难转、投入不足、师资缺乏、激励机制不健全、校企合作肤浅等。文章建议增加认知实习、专业实习（实训）两个集中实践环节，改革毕业作业形式，并围绕提高集中实践教学效果提出了加快校内实训基地建设、深化校企合作、增加教学经费、完善激励机制、试行导师制、加强师资队伍建设等措施。
