| 摘 要： | 高等学校环境工程专业人才创新能力的培养对提升国家创新实力起着至关重要的作用。本论文结合环境工程专业创新人才培养需求,从制定培养目标和方案、设置课程体系和教学内容、建立实践教学基地、指导毕业论文、评估人才培养质量等环节探讨了高校和企业协同培养人才的创新机制。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative ability of environmental engineering in universities plays a vital role in enhancing the national innovation strength.This paper discusses the innovative mechanism of collaborative talents cultivation in environmental engineering between universities and enterprises by the following aspects:formulating cultivation objectives and plans,setting up curriculum system and teaching content,establishing practical teaching bases,guiding graduation theses and evaluating the quality of talents cultivation. |
