挑战与机遇:托育机构发展研究——基于H市226家托育机构调查

自2016年以来,随着“全面二孩”政策的实施,0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务需求日益突显,国家也高度重视“幼有所育”,重视托育机构的建设和托育服务的质量,制定了许多政策方针。可见,托育服务问题越来越受到国家和人民的广泛关注。根据国家卫生健康委设定的托育机构的设置标准和管理规范,在具体了解目前托育机构的基本情况、管理规范及疫情前后的运营状况的基础上,从场地设施、人员规模、备案管理等不同方面分析其目前发展存在的问题,并从多方面制定相应的解决策略,以促使托育机构向规范化发展,更好地满足人民的需求。

Research on the Challenges and Opportunities in the Development of Nursery Institutions:A Survey Based on 226 Nursery Institutions in H City

Since 2016,with the implementation of the universal two-child policy,the demand for nursery care services for infants and children aged 0-3 has become increasingly prominent.The state also attaches great importance to nursery care,the construction of nursery institutions and the quality of nursery care services,and has formulated many policies.It can be seen that nursery care services have been paid more and more attention by the country and the people.In this study,according to the setting standards and management norms of nursery institutions set by the National Health Commission,and based on the understanding of the current situation,management norms and operation status before and after the pandemic of the nursery institutions,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current development of nursery institutions from the aspects of site facilities,personnel scale,record management,etc.,and formulates corresponding solutions from various aspects,so as to promote the standardized development of nursery institutions to better meet the needs of people.
