高校“形势与政策”课程的新生教学力量

“形势与政策”是一门实践性较强的课程,仅仅依靠高校思想政治理论课教师讲授,不能充分发挥思想政治理论课在落实立德树人根本任务中的关键作用。因此,建立“形势与政策”课专兼职教师队伍不仅是必要的,也是可行的。探讨“形势与政策”课兼职队伍中领导干部讲课的必要性与可行性。从课程建设及立德树人两个方面,分析了领导干部到高校讲授“形势与政策”课是新时代的需要;从引导性、现实性、实践性三方面阐释了领导干部讲授“形势与政策”课的优势;从机关与高校的衔接方式、领导干部的选拔条件、领导干部的授课频率、领导干部的授课内容四方面论证了领导干部讲授“形势与政策”课的制度保障。

New Teaching Forces in the Course of Situation and Policy in Colleges and Universities

Situation and Policy is a practical course,which can not give full play to the key role of ideological and political theory course in carrying out the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”by relying on the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a team of part-time teachers for the course of Situation and Policy.This paper mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of taking some government officials as the part-time teachers of this courses.The paper is divided into three parts.Part one analyzes the need for government officials to teach the course of Situation and Policy in colleges and universities in the new era from the aspects of curriculum construction and“building morality and cultivating talents”;part two explains the advantages of government officials in teaching this course from the aspects of guidance,reality,and practice;part three demonstrates the system guarantee for government officials to teach this courses from four aspects:the connecting way between government agencies and colleges and universities,the selection conditions of government officials,the teaching frequency of government officials and the teaching content of government officials.
